Is your company ready for AI?
Everyone says you need AI. Before you hire anyone or buy anything, it helps to know where you stand. Is your data in one place? Does someone own this? Are the decisions that matter written down so a person always approves them?
AI Readiness Scorecard is a free add-on for your own Claude account. Answer 15 short questions (about 10 minutes) and get a scored readout and the three things to do first.
Don't use Claude, or prefer not to install anything? Take the same scorecard on this site (about 5 minutes, results on screen).

Honest about its limits
It scores only what you tell it. It won't guess what AI would save you, won't recommend a vendor, and never contacts anyone. “Don't know” is a fine answer; finding out is often the first step.
Private by design
It runs inside your own Claude account. The skill is plain written instructions (no code, nothing sent to us or anyone else), so you can read every line before you install it.
How to install (about 2 minutes).
- Go to claude.ai and sign in. Skills work on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and make sure Code execution and file creation is turned on. Menu names may differ slightly on your plan or app version.
- Go to Customize → Skills (on older versions: Settings → Capabilities → Skills).
- Click + → Upload a skill and choose ai-readiness-scorecard.zip. Don't unzip it first.
- Make sure AI Readiness Scorecard is switched on in your skills list.
Use it
Start a new chat and say “Score our AI readiness.” Claude asks the 15 questions one at a time; answer each with Yes, Partly, No or Don't know, with a few words of detail if you like. If it doesn't start on its own, say “use the AI Readiness Scorecard skill”.
