Observe
An opt-in view of where your team's time goes, grouped by task, never by person.
Example · Hollis by Voxelio
Hollis by Voxelio is one of the things we've built and run ourselves: it shows where time goes (with your team's OK), drafts work for a person to approve, checks AI work before it reaches a customer, and reports the results. We only recommend it when the audit shows it scores better than what you already pay for or an off-the-shelf tool. Each part is marked with where it stands today.
See it working
Recorded on a test copy filled with invented data for a made-up company, “Test Freight Co”. No client data. Approving a draft doesn't send it: sending is a separate step that asks twice.

An opt-in view of where your team's time goes, grouped by task, never by person.
A review of every AI tool and vendor you pay for: what it costs, what data it touches, and whether it's worth keeping. Our free AI Vendor Check is part of it.
Hollis by Voxelio, our assistant: ask it about your leads and work, and it drafts follow-ups and summaries that a person approves before anything is sent.
AI checks on work before it reaches a customer, with a person deciding when the check disagrees.
A live lead dashboard, duplicate-lead checks and a weekly results report: what changed, what paid off, what didn't.
FAQ
It's an opt-in view of where time goes on work tasks, reported by task, never by person. Nobody is watched without written notice and their own opt-in. Results for groups smaller than five people are combined, so no one can be singled out.
Time on allow-listed work sites, switches between them, and the fact that a copy or paste happened. Never keystrokes, the content you type or copy, screenshots, audio or personal browsing.
Yes. Joining is voluntary, there's a pause button and a visible indicator, and saying no has no consequences.
Into your company's own account, not ours. Raw data is deleted 30 days after the observation period ends.
Not yet. It's designed and being built. Until then, discovery uses interviews, walk-throughs and the timestamps your systems already keep.
We never take screenshots, record keystrokes or capture what you type or copy. We only log time on work sites you approve, switches between them, and the fact that a copy or paste happened. The data goes to your company's own account.
Every AI tool, vendor and subscription you pay for: who uses it, what it costs, what data it touches, the contract terms, and whether it's worth keeping, fixing or cutting.
Mostly no. We work from your invoices, contracts and a short walk-through with the people who use each tool.
Yes. Our free AI Vendor Check scores a proposal before you sign it.
No. The audit judges each tool on its own value to you, including keeping what you have.
Hollis is our assistant: your managers and reps can ask it about their leads and work. It answers questions and drafts follow-ups and summaries.
No. It drafts; a named person approves before anything is sent. Spending money and deleting data are never automated.
In your company's own accounts wherever possible. You can cut off our access at any time.
A privacy filter that replaces names, emails and phone numbers with placeholders before text reaches the AI is coming. It reduces risk; it isn't a guarantee, so we also limit each task to the data it needs.
It's built and being tested on a test company with made-up data. It isn't running for a client yet.
It reviews AI work, such as a quote or an email, before it reaches a customer, and flags anything that looks wrong for a person to decide.
A person. When a check disagrees, it goes to a review queue where someone agrees, disagrees or escalates.
Our quote checks have run on live customer quotes in heavy-haul logistics, and they're paused while the system they check is paused.
No check catches everything. They lower the chance of a mistake reaching a customer, and we report how often they're right.
What changed, what paid off, what didn't, and what's next, in plain words, with the numbers behind it.
A live dashboard any time and a weekly report. Retainer clients also get a quarterly results review.
Your own systems. If a number isn't measured, the report says so instead of guessing.
The report says so, and we recommend stopping or changing it.

We'll show you which AI providers are used and their data terms before anything goes live.
Maybe not for general writing help, and we'll say so. We build on what you already pay for and add what those tools don't do: a connection to your operating systems (TMS, CRM, phone, text), a named person approving anything that goes out, a full log, and a monthly measure of results.
