These terms apply to your use of voxelioai.com and the free tools offered on it. The site is run by Reshawn Holdings LLC, doing business as Voxelio AI (“Voxelio”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or downloading a tool, you agree to these terms.

1. Information, not advice

Everything on this site, including the playbook, guides and the results our free tools produce, is general information. It isn't legal, financial, tax, insurance, security or compliance advice, and it doesn't create a client relationship. You make your own decisions; for advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional. Paid work with Voxelio is covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Free tools (Claude skills)

Our free tools, such as AI Vendor Check, Freight Decision Board and AI Readiness Scorecard, are written instructions that run inside your own Claude account.

  • What you may do: download, read, use and adapt them for your own business, including inside your own company.
  • What you may not do: sell, resell, sublicense or rebrand them, or include them in a product or service you offer to others, without our written permission.
  • Your account and data: they run under your agreement with Anthropic, the maker of Claude. What you enter stays in your account; we don't receive it.
  • No guarantee: the tools are provided “as is”. Their scores and verdicts come from AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.

3. Our content

The site's text, design, playbook and tools belong to Voxelio, except where noted. You may share links and short quotes with credit to Voxelio AI. Please don't copy or republish whole pages or tools as your own.

4. Other sites

Links to other sites (such as Cal.com, Zoom, indelio.io and voxcorehaul.com) are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No warranty

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

6. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Voxelio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or the free tools, or from decisions you make based on them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
