Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Reshawn Holdings LLC, doing business as Voxelio AI (“Voxelio”, “we”, “us”), collects through voxelioai.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • When you visit the site. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and secure the site. We use these logs only for security and to keep the site working.
  • When you book a call. Booking buttons take you to Cal.com, and calls take place on Zoom. The details you enter there (such as your name, email and any notes) are collected by those services under their own privacy policies, and shared with us so we can hold the call.
  • When you email or call us. If you contact us, we keep what you send (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) so we can reply and follow up.
  • When you take the AI Readiness Scorecard on this site. When you finish, we save your answers, your score, the industry and company size if you chose them, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, your browser type, and a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to block abuse. None of this includes your name or email. If you ask for the full report, we also save your email address, your answer to the optional question, and the wording you agreed to and when, and we use your email to send you the report. We only email you after that if you tick the separate, optional follow-up box; we record that choice and when you made it. You can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying “stop” or emailing us. We keep scorecard results for up to two years, then delete them.
  • When you use the ROI calculator on this site. What you type stays in your browser and isn't saved. If you ask for a copy by email, we save your email address, the numbers you entered, the estimate, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, your browser type, a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to block abuse, and the wording you agreed to and when. We use your email to send you the estimate, and only follow up if you tick the separate, optional box. You can opt out at any time by replying “stop” or emailing us. We keep these for up to two years, then delete them.
  • When you download a free tool. Downloads don't require any details. Our free Claude skills run inside your own Claude account; nothing you enter into them is sent to us.

How we use it

We use this information only to run and secure the website, reply to you, hold and follow up on calls you book, send scorecard reports you ask for, follow up when you've agreed to it, improve our free tools, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers named above and those that store and send it for us (Supabase, our database provider, and SendGrid, which sends our emails), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and call notes for as long as needed to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing alexis@voxelioai.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
